VISION: Our vision is to increase student achievement through improved collaborative partnerships and to further develop capacity (skill and understanding) of families, the schools and partners.

GOAL: Produce and promote a positive supportive climate in all Windsor Public Schools by partnering with families and community members in order to create optimal conditions to encourage appropriate academic, social, and emotional skill development.
