Irene  holds a Masters of Education degree from the University of Hartford, is an Early Childhood Specialist, and taught pre-K through first grade for thirty years in N.Y.C. and CT. Mostly a self-taught artist for ten years, she has studied watercolor, collage, acrylics and pastels with various artists. Now retired from teaching, she enjoys creating artwork in her studio in Windsor. As a member of the Women’s Artist Collective, Windsor Palette and Brush and the Windsor Art Center.

Irene conducts paint parties at Seabury and various organizations around town.  She participates in local art shows regularly. Her work has won several awards in local shows.  Paint Party Gift Certificates Available.

Irene believes creativity is life’s energy and God’s gift to us. Being open to its influence can reveal powerful changes to one’s life 

its transformational and healing capabilities.

Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s . Now reiki is used in hospitals and wellness centers to complement other forms of health treatments. Reiki can promote natural self-healing and relieve pain and tension. It also creates feeling of peace and relaxation.

Irene is an art instructor who provides art lessons and brings out your inner creativity for your personalized paint parties. A party can be from 5-15 people at a location of your choice. Paint parties at your venue, for children, adults and inter-generational groups.
