Approximately 3\,000 illuminated luminary bags\, one for every person who lost their life on September 11\, 2001\, each decorated by Windsor community members of all ages\, will line the walkways of the green. At dusk\, the luminaries will glow across the historic Windsor Town Green\, offering a meaningful space to honor the victims of that tragic day.
