Starting from the Pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock (because they were out of beer!) to the modern craft brewery movement and the beers we love today\, beer has been woven through the fabric of American history. \n\nBio: Em Sauter is an award-winning cartoonist\, international beer judge\, Advanced Cicerone\, public speaker and founder of Pints and Panels\, a website she launched in 2010 to focus on visual drinks education.
