Annual Memory Walk

Description

This moving fundraiser brings together families, friends and the community to support programs at Mary’s Place. Honor the memory of a loved one, and help make a difference in the lives of grieving children, teens, and families by joining us for this special event. We will enjoy crafts, snacks, auction & more!

This year we will gather at the beautiful Loomis Chaffee campus, where we will walk an easy path around the circle of the grounds. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes, and participants are welcome to move at their own pace. This year’s walk holds special meaning as Mary’s Place celebrates our 30th anniversary. In the early days of our program, some of the first children’s grief support groups that would later grow into Mary’s Place were held at Loomis Chaffee. Returning here for this year’s Memory Walk is a meaningful way to honor those beginnings.
