The Windsor Palette & Brush Club Annual Spring Art Exhibition. On Sunday, April 12, the Windsor Palette & Brush Club welcomes you to the Members Show Opening Reception, 2:00-4:00pm, in the Town Council Chambers at the Windsor Town Hall.
