This special community event will feature a ribbon-cutting, tours of our new location, refreshments, music, giveaways, free blood pressure checks, and an opportunity to meet the CareTeam Health team.
Guests will also learn more about our medical, mental health, and specialty services, including valuable information on DNA testing. We welcome patients, families, community leaders, referral partners, local businesses, churches, schools, and neighbors to come celebrate with us and connect with CareTeam Health.
