Expressive Minds (Digital Art)

Description

Expressive Minds is a teen art series for youth ages 13–18, designed to help participants explore their creativity while building emotional strength in a fun, supportive space. Each session features hands-on projects like Digital Art, Art Journaling, or Collaging to help teens express their emotions, reduce stress, and boost confidence through creative exploration. This month’s focus is Digital Art, where teens will use beginner-friendly digital tools to design expressive artwork while learning the basics of color, composition, and visual storytelling. During their creative time, participants will also explore techniques for self-regulation, self-exploration, and stress relief—no prior art experience needed, just imagination and an open mind! Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops or tablets, if available.
