Sleep Better, Feel Better: A Holistic Approach to Healthy Aging

Quality sleep is essential for energy, mood, memory, and overall well-being—yet it often becomes more challenging as we age. This calming and informative program explores natural, holistic ways to support restful sleep.

We’ll discuss why sleep changes over time and how to gently support the body and mind through simple, effective practices. Participants will be introduced to breath techniques to calm the nervous system, the use of aromatherapy to promote relaxation, nutritional support for sleep, and healthy sleep hygiene habits that can be easily incorporated into daily life.

This experience is designed to be both educational and restorative, leaving participants with practical tools they can begin using right away.
