Knitted Knockers Knitting Session

Windsor Library, partnered with Knitted Knockers, is calling all experienced knitters! Come to the Library for an afternoon of knitting protheses for breast cancer survivors. It will be a nice afternoon craft of knitting, and it will go to a wonderful cause! Please note, experience with double sided needles is helpful, but not necessary. Linda Preston with Knitted Knockers will be there to help show exactly what needs to be done to create the prothesis, and then will be available to help anyone who has any further questions. Why sit home on a winter weekend afternoon, when you can do some knitting and contribute towards a wonderful organization? Registration is required. Registration opens January 2.
