Join your Windsor neighbors on July 4, 2026, by ringing bells simultaneously with those across the nation.
The National Bell Festival invites bells and bell towers across American to ring out together, creating a canopy of sound over our nation. All Windsor organizations with a large public or tower bell are invited to ring their bells at 2PM Eastern.
Individuals interested in participating can bring handbells to the Town Green and ring their own bell at 2PM and join in this symbolic gesture to celebrate our commitment to community, honor our nation’s past, and inspire the next generation of Americans.
