In this lecture, by Attorney Masse, you will be walked through how probate works in Connecticut. Additionally, we will     explain who takes charge of a Will after someone dies, what happens if someone dies without a Will, how to avoid a lengthy probate process, and how tools such as a living trust can help avoid probate. And finally, you’ll learn about some of the potential pitfalls in the process and how careful planning can avoid them.
