Walking With Windsor Art Center – Meditative Nature Walk and Art Making

This event is for ages 18+.

Join the Windsor Art Center for a meditative walk along the River Trail. We’ll begin with a poem and collective breathing exercise, then slowly wander the trails intentionally gathering natural materials along the way. Our walk will end at the Windsor Art center where we will turn our found items into collages and sculptures.
