Join us for an evening that celebrates community, connection, and impact. The Windsor Chamber’s 2025 Annual Meeting and 41st Chamber CARES Auction continues our proud tradition of supporting local nonprofits—raising over $700,000 in the past four decades.

This year, we're mixing things up with a fresh format in a more relaxed setting, with catering provided by more than a dozen of Windsor’s most beloved eateries!

• Silent Auction – now fully online
• Live Auction – curated and hosted in person during the Annual Meeting

We’re aiming higher than ever and need your help to make this year our most successful yet. This year's community beneficiaries include:

• Windsor Education Foundation
• Windsor Animal Shelter
• The Simon Foundation (animal rescue)

A Focus on the Future

Funds raised also support key Chamber initiatives like the new Windsor Education to Business Alliance (E2B), which connects Windsor High School CTE students with valuable services including career guidance, job shadowing, mentoring, internships, etiquette training, resume and interview skill development, and much more!

Plus: 2025 Annual Meeting Business

The Annual Membership Meeting will take place during the event. This is when:

• Members vote on any proposed Bylaw changes
• Elections are held for new Board Members

Each member organization may cast one vote. Proposed changes and Board nominations will be shared with members in advance. Additional nominations can be made from the floor during the meeting for any employee of a Windsor Chamber member.

As part of our Annual Meeting tradition, we’ll also take time to recognize Chamber and Community Champions with awards that highlight outstanding contributions to Windsor.
