During our June meeting, we will welcome the American Beekeeping Federation (ABF) 2025 American Honey Queen Cheyenne Bastian-Brown.

As a spokesperson for the ABF, Cheyenne will bring us an informative and interactive presentation. She will share her knowledge in the areas of pollination of our nation’s crops and how dependent we are on the honey bee for agriculture, how honey is a healthy substitute for sugar, and how honey also extends the shelf life of baked products and adds that extra special something, like taste or texture.

Our meetings begin with social time from 6:30-7:00. With our formal presentation between 7pm and 8pm. Our business meeting will follow.

All are welcome to attend. Free for members, $5 for nonmembers.
