The Windsor Eco Monarch Festival, by First Town Downtown and Windsor Climate Action, will be held on Saturday, September 21 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on the Town Green in Windsor center. Thank you to Windsor Federal Bank for sponsoring this event. This is an environmentally friendly fair with artisan vendors, educational booths and fun activities for the whole family to learn more about our environment and the amazing, protected Monarch butterfly. 860-247-8982.
