Dear Community Partner,

We are writing to kindly request your support for our Annual Concert for a Cause/ End of Summer Event being held at Complete Care at Kimberly Hall, a skilled nursing facility located in Windsor, CT. Our building is very dedicated to the care and well-being of our community and our residents.

Our goal is to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association. While we are a for-profit facility, every dollar raised from this raffle will be used exclusively for The Kimberly Hall Walk to End Alzheimer’s Team.

We would be honored if your business could donate an item, gift card, or service to be raffled. Examples of helpful donations include:

-Restaurant or retail gift cards

-Gift baskets (spa, movie night, snacks,)

-Free or discounted services (haircuts, car washes, massages)

-Tickets to local events or attractions

-Items for school-aged children (new items: bookbags, lunch bags, clothing)

Your generosity will be recognized through signage at our event, social media mentions, helping you promote your brand while giving back to the community.
