WIN-TV Turns 40 with new mini- documentary

WIN-TV proudly presents, "WIN-TV is 40," a new documentary created by local filmmaker Anthony Carter to recognize and celebrate WIN-TV's 40th anniversary which was celebrated in 2022. Carter, a recent addition to the WIN-TV volunteer team, created the documentary as a tribute to acknowledge the mission of WIN-TV over the last 40 years of fostering community-wide discussion and education in media literacy.
